Louis Phillipe Grumieaux Illinois WPA Style Town Market Important Painting. Very colorful and museum quality. Has recently been fully restored. Highly modern piece. Done in the 1920s or 1930s. It is WPA style. He was originally from Belgium. Comes in a fantastic frame. Size of the work is 29X24.5. With the frame it is 26.5X29 inches. Looks phenomenal and ready to hang. Came from his estate. Signed and titled on stretcher. Not sure if it was actually signed by the artist, or this information was added later. A true gem for any regionalist/ WPA collection.
