Karl Mattern downtown modernist watercolor Lasalle Street 1930. Karl studied early on in Chicago in his career. Social Realism. Size of the work is 13.5X10.5 inches. With the frame it is about 18.75X15 inches. Frame and glass are a bit loose. Overall appears to be in excellent condition for its age.
