Josef Pierre Nuyttens Michigan Avenue Cityscape Watercolor Water Tower Place. Probably made around the 1930s.  Size is about 10X13.75  inches. With the frame it is 18.5X22.5 inches. Very decorative. He was an illustrator in Chicago. He even illustrated some of the Frank L. Baum Wizard of Oz books. His Chicago scenes are the most sought after and the most iconic of all. A rare gem to add to any serious art collection. Some water damage to mat on back. Has discoloration on mat. Some wear to frame. Piece itself appears to be in nice condition.
