David Landis Chicago watercolor. Reminiscent of fellow Chicago artist, Francis Chapin. He was on the faculty of the Art Institute of Chicago. Size of the work is 19.25X12.5 inches. Has an estate stamp signature lower right. Very bright and beautiful colors. Probably 1940s.
